1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are packaged and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 working days (24 to 48 hours).

• For example, if you place an order on a Monday at 6:00 PM, it will be dispatched from our warehouse before Wednesday at 6:00 PM.

• Orders placed on Sundays, national holidays, or outside regular operational hours are queued for processing on the very next working day.

2. Shipping Carriers & Transit Times

• We partner with leading, verified courier services to ensure reliable handling of your parcels.

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days, depending on your destination city and proximity to major hubs.

• Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1 to 2 days for final door-to-door delivery.

3. Courier Transit & External Delays

• While we ensure prompt dispatch within 24–48 hours, the exact transit time once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner is beyond our direct operational control.

• Occasional delivery delays may occur due to external factors, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Public holidays, festive rushes, or regional route strikes

  • Unreachable recipient phone numbers or incomplete delivery addresses

• If your parcel experiences an unusual transit delay, reach out to our team, and we will actively coordinate with the courier logistics desk to expedite resolution.

4. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

• Courier representatives will attempt delivery at your specified address. Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or an incorrect phone number/address, the parcel will return to our facility. Re-dispatching the order may incur an additional shipping fee.
